How it works
Deep dropping sends baits hundreds of feet down to the bottom structure where deepwater species live, using electric reels and heavy weights. It's a specialty trip with a different rhythm than trolling, and it produces some of the best eating fish in the ocean. Given the run and the depth, it's best as a full day.
